The CEO of Pacificnet Solutions Ltd. is Mr. Desmond Ng Tai Wing who is the former chief of the technical division of Pacificnet.com Ltd. Desmond Ng obtained his Master Degree of Philosophy in Computer Science from HKUST and he is also an Oracle 8i certified DBA. During his postgraduate study, Desmond Ng has involved in setting up an IT consulting company Microweb Ltd. (http://www.microweb.com.hk) funded by Entrepreneurship Program of HKUST. As the CTO of the company, he has solid experience in helping traditional companies to automate their business flows. After graduation, Desmond Ng has involved in developing the new Asia e-application for Electronic Engineer (http://www.eeplace.com) before joining Pacificnet.com Ltd. After joining PacificnNet.com Ltd, Desmond Ng was appointed to restructure the technical team and redefine the technical path of the company. Within half-year time, he has built a highly qualified technical team. The new team has been awarded consultancy contracts from local enterprises such as ChinaChem Group, ChinaChem Entertainment, Chevalier Ltd, Swire, Sony, Tai Fook Securities and Ma Belle in the past quarter with contract amount well above HK$2 million.

The CTO is Mr. Wong Ka Cheong. Mr. Wong obtained his Master Degree of Philosophy in Computer Science from HKUST major in security and e-commerce. He worked as Assistant Computer Officer in HKUST focusing on building new e-commerce application using Internet Open Trading Protocol (IOTP). He has been invited to hold a number of E-commerce, Security and Java seminar in the past two years. Also, his research has been accepted by worldwide-recognized conference. After joining Pacificnet.com Ltd, Mr. Wong has been appointed to be the project manager of Sony and Swire Travel project. He has assisted the clients to build their advanced application using his research results.
